This is a 60 minute total body yoga conditioning class. A whole body strengthener flow that tones your arms, core and legs. You’ll slowly build heat through functional movements that invite you to move from your centre. A combination of flow, targeted abdominal core work and time to rest and unwind in seated meditation & shavasana. Class moves at an accessible pace, challenging at times and rest stops along the way.
