60 Minute Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga

This is a 60 minute slow flow vinyasa yoga class for when you just need to press pause and slow down. Class includes gentle flowing vinyasa’s. No over effort required, just your presence, your breath and your body. Undulate your spine in all directions to warm up, flow through two rounds of sun A, lunges and standing poses punctuated by rest and seated shoulder openers. Conclude practice with a reclined spinal twist, hip groin stretch and forward fold before a well deserved shavasana! (I fell asleep with the camera still running.LOL) Enjoy!
