This is a 60 Minute Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga class for your whole body. Class invites you to move in creative ways to enourage strength, stability, active mobility and focus. Expect some familiar lunges & hamstring stretches along with some unexpected shapes and transitions as you flow. It flows at an accessible pace and class includes some longer holds, a touch of core work, an optional arm balance and a brief guided shavasana. A great challenging beginner class. Enjoy!
