60 Minute Move, Breathe and Release Vinyasa

This is a 60 Minute ‘move, breathe and release’ vinyasa flow designed to bring about a state of rejuvenation. This class is a full body flow with a special focus on releasing congestion in your hips and shoulders. We begin seated, then flow gently onwards through lunges to open the front of your hips coupled with side body and shoulder openers to restore range of motion. A simple warrior flow followed by pigeon, a twist, tabletop and boat. Class winds down with an option to invert and time to restore in Shavasana. A few challenge moments throughout but mostly a lovely flow to feel good without too much effort or speed x
