This is a 60 minute gentle ‘head to toe’ vinyasa slow flow. Indulge in some slow, fluid movement and wake all the compartments of your body. This is a deliberately slower paced flow with longer holds in accessible postures and slow transitions so you can enjoy an unhurried practice. A class suitable for all levels anytime when you need to stretch out, restore your range of motion and preserve your energy.
Loosen out through your neck, shoulders and wrists to warm up. Restore length to your outer hips and hip flexors and explore some gentle open twists. Class concludes with your choice of seated meditation or shavasana. Enjoy!
