60 Minute Full Body Vinyasa Flow

This is a 60 minute full body vinyasa flow. Class moves at an active, steady pace and focuses on building strength and flexibility in equal parts. You’ll mobilise your hips, strengthen and lengthen your lower body, work your abdominal core and arms. It’s a stronger flow without being rushed. Incorporating accessible postures and breathing and a few signature creative variations 🙂 enjoy!
