60 Minute Challenging Morning Vinyasa Flow

This is a 60 Minute challenging morning vinyasa flow yoga class designed to work all the compartments of your body: spine, hips, shoulders, legs and abdominal core. Class begins gently with shoulder openers and undulations through the spine followed by warming sun salutations. The standing series of postures has some deeper versions of side angle to build heat along with some twists and side plank. Then onto some goodness for your glutes and abdominal core, finishing in a reclined position to balance out the front body with bridge, a twist and happy baby. Enjoy!
