This week, I invite you to prioritize a sense of bliss in your day-to-day. Dive into this juicy 60-minute flow for DEEP relaxation, hip opening, and lower back healing. Restorative yoga is ideal if you feel depleted, so try coming back to this flow often to replenish your sense of calm. If you’ve been feeling tension in your hips or low back and have trouble letting go of stress, I made this class just for you!! Dim the lights, consider lighting a candle and get ready for a full hour of luxurious self-care and deep relaxation. (And yes, you DO deserve it!) You don’t need fancy props to reap the benefits of this class, but if you can, gather up some pillows, maybe an eye mask, and a tightly woven blanket (if you get chilly!) so you can be fully supported and blissed out in each pose.
