This is a creatively sequenced tone and flow class for your whole body. Legs, abdominals and upper body. Progressing at an accessible pace, blending some Pilates and Yoga together – mostly yoga. Class includes surya namaskar a variation, lunges with a block and plank variations. Familiar postures, sequenced creatively to keep you focussed.
