This is a 45 minute vinyasa flow. Part 2 of the On & Off the Mat Series where we explore how to integrate some of the concepts and principles contained in Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras. In this class, we explore the concept of Aparigraha – non attachment. It’s a slow, intermediate flow for the whole body.
For practice you may wish to have a blanket for comfort and 2 blocks to elevate the floor to meet your hands for 1/2 moon.
