This is a 45 minute vinyasa flow. Part 1 of the On & Off the Mat Series where we explore how to integrate some of the concepts and principles contained in Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras. In this class, we touch on the concept of Santosha. The practice of contentment. Physically, practice offers a whole body experience with a particular emphasis on the hamstrings.
For practice you may wish to have a blanket for comfort and a block to elevate the floor to meet your hands.
