This is a 45 minute vinyasa flow, part 4 of a series of mindful movement classes. Meditative flows that combine breath, movement and mindfulness techniques. These practices encourage you to cultivate a state of presence and calm anchoring your attention into the here and now. This kind of attention nurtures greater clarity, awareness and equanimity.
In this class, we attune our awareness to our 5 senses. What we can see, hear, feel, taste and smell – flowing mindfully slow. Physically, class moves through lateral side bends & twists to free your side body and spine giving you more room to breathe a deeper breath. A creative, accessible flow that will leave you feeling alert, relaxed and hopefully feeling a little taller.
