This is a 45 minute vinyasa flow, part of a new series of mindful movement classes. Meditative flows that combine breath, movement and mindfulness techniques. These practices encourage you to cultivate a state of presence and calm anchoring your attention into the here and now. This kind of attention nurtures greater clarity, awareness and equanimity.
In this class, we establish our breath as our anchor, linking our breath with fluid movement in a mediation in motion. A slow & mildly warming flow with balances & warriors that builds toward a sequence we repeat.
For practice you may wish to have a block and folded blanket.
