Welcome to the intermediate series of classes. These practices are a little more challenging for your strength, flexibility and balance.
This is a 45 minute vinyasa class. Part 5.
A well rounded flow with a heart opening focus, including an un-rushed warm up, surya c, standing flows, core/upper body work, seated wind down and 5 minute shavasana.
Explore some refreshing heart / chest opening postures throughout (puppy pose, locust, wild thing, bow, sugarcane) An approachable, energising intermediate class with modifications offered – it’s not too heating 🙂
For practice, you may wish to have a block (for half moon / sugarcane) Enjoy!
