Welcome to the intermediate series of classes. These practices are a little more challenging for your strength, flexibility and balance.
This is a 45 minute vinyasa flow. Part 3.
Flow through energising twists, standing and balancing poses and some light core work. Class features some longer holds in our standing postures – lunges, warriors, pyramid, humble flamingo and revolved triangle. Explore your balance in single leg mountain, eagle, side plank dips and optional side crow with a few rest pit stops along the way. Wind down with a series of forward folds before a brief shavasana.
Please take care to modify and do your own dance and shapes if you’re supporting any injuries. Take care of you!
For practice, you may wish to have a block (for revolved Triangle) and also reserve some space around your mat as we spread and circle through our flow. Enjoy!
