This is a 45 minute hip vinyasa flow. Part of a new series of body focused flows. A slow flow of balanced hip strengtheners and stretches to help re-mobilise your hips. Shot on location at the beautiful Birdrock beach, Mornington peninsula. Flow through sun salutes, standing and seated poses to refresh and lubricate your hips with the sound of lapping water.
