45 Minute Slow, then Flow Vinyasa Yoga

This is a 45 minute full body flow yoga class focussing on building strength, flexibility and endurance in equal parts. Each vinyasa standing seqence is repeated twice. Once in slow motion – addressing alignment and integrity in each of the shapes, then one movement, one breath on the second round. Class is a great intermediate flow or a stronger beginner flow.
