This is a 45 minute slow vinyasa flow yoga class focussing on twists and lateral side bends. These postures are beneficial for maintaining spinal mobility, strength and flexibility as well as aiding digestion. This flow is energising and rhythmic and you’ll feel lighter and more spacious in your body.
Class begins quietly lengthening the side body, then starts to flow with twists and lunges and lateral bends. I’ve offered different variations on twists so you can modify and adapt as you move and breathe.
