This is a 45 minute vinyasa flow. Part 4 of a series of morning classes designed to enliven your whole body so you can move into your day with clarity, intention and ease.

This series offers you an opportunity to build your skills and proficiency in movement and breath work. You’ll get to experience all the benefits of a regular morning practice and step into your day more intentionally.
Warm up with a reclined hip groin stretch & twist followed by what I call Digestion Abs…. an easeful tuck and release flow to lightly warm the core and back. Flow slow through cat & cow & sun salutes (surya A) to gently awaken your body. The standing series includes variations on Triangle, warrior 2, humble warrior and side plank. Continue to build heat in pyramid, revolved triangle, optional crow, eagle….then simmer down with a lizard & quad stretch. Camel to stretch out the front body and conclude with an inversion, head to knee pose, heron and final hip groin stretch before pranayama and brief meditation. A complete and dynamic practice with some intermediate options.
For practice you may wish to have a block (for revolved triangle & lizard) and blanket for a restorative inversion and/or meditation.
