This is a 45 minute morning vinyasa flow class to ease you into your day. It’s a rhythmic, steady and well rounded practice which begins and ends with a quiet meditation and pranayama to allow you to start your day with clarity and focus. Class begins in a supported bound angle pose and a 9 count breath meditation. We then progressively wake and coax the body into action with spinal waves (cat/cow/childs pose, cobra peels). Sun salute C (low lunge variation) to open the front of your hips and loosen your low back spine along with gently twists, a balance and mild backbends. Class concludes with the very calming and balancing practice of nadi shodana (alternative nostril breathing) and shavasana. Enjoy!
