This is a 45 minute morning vinyasa flow class. An all round level 1-2 class that begins with a gradual warm up, an easeful standing flow & some functional core work before resting in shavasana. It’s a complete & compact full body slow flow, with a particular focus on restoring range of motion in your hips and shoulders. Sequence includes cat/cow, bear pose, lunges, warriors, 1/2 moon balance, pigeon, back body core strengtheners and a lovely shoulder opening sequence towards the end of class that will leave you feeling open and ready for your day.
For practice, you may wish to have a folded blanket.
