45 Minute Fluid, Continuous, Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga

This is a slow and fluid vinyasa flow class linking your breath with your movement. Class begins with a seated meditation, shoulder opening sequence, cat / cow and then flows through a mandala of sun salutes, a side plank flow & hip opening vinyasa, then moves to the floor for a bridge, happy baby, reclined cobblers and a lovely guided shavasana.
