35 Minute Vinyasa (Refresh & Restore Series (Pt 2 – 8 Mar ’23)

This is a 35 minute vinyasa flow practice. Part 2 of the Refresh & Restore series of classes. A rejuvenating practice including feel good lunges, light twists and forward folds with the intention of restoring range of motion in the hips and shoulders.
For practice, you may wish to have a blanket.
