This is a 35 minute vinyasa class. Part 8.
A compact class that moves at a steady pace in a ladder style flow, warming and engaging all the major muscle groups. Begin warming the hips, shoulders & connecting to your core. Flow through lunges, twists, warriors and balances – repeating and adding on. No long holds. Just a flowing dance with your breath and movement. Wind down with a supine hip stretch, twist & shavasana.
