This is a 35 minute vinyasa class. Part 6.
A compact class that moves at a consistent, continuous pace – breath to movement, warming and moving all the major muscle groups with a special focus on your hips. It includes a surprise warm up, surya C and standing flow of lunges, twists, balance, standing splits, fallen triangle and a cool down with pigeon, twist, cow and a brief shavasana.
Minimal alignment cues so you can move and release with the beat of your own breath and get into the flow.
