This is a 35 minute vinyasa flow. Part 6 of a series of morning classes designed to enliven your whole body so you can move into your day with clarity, intention and ease.

This series offers you an opportunity to build your skills and proficiency in movement and breath work. You’ll get to experience all the benefits of a regular morning practice and step into your day more intentionally.
Begin standing and flow through variations on 1/2 sun salutes and modified sun salutation A with cat/cow. We then flow slow through a standing and balancing sequence (warrior 2, r.lunge twist, spread leg forward fold & half moon). Class then repeats the sequence with one movement, one breath building warmth in a rhythmic, steady flow. Make your way then onto your buttocks for reverse tabletop, boat and cross legged forward fold. Progress to your back for a bridge flow – strengthening the posterior chain of muscles before turning upside down. In this class I offer legs up (modified version) or shoulder stand.
Conclude your practice with a twist or thigh stretch, a 9 count breath meditation and moment to seal your intention for your day ahead. Enjoy!
