Part 3 of the On & Off the Mat Series where we explore how to integrate some of the concepts and principles of yoga wisdom into our practice and life. In this class, we explore the concept of Seva – selfless service – one of the by- products of taking care of yourself.
A steady paced flow with less detailed alignment cues for a more meditative and spacious practice. Sequence flows through surya A, warriors, twists, balances (standing big toe pose and 1/2 moon) before cooling down and taking a brief shavasana.
