This is a 30 minute vinyasa flow class. A compact class that will warm your whole body. Begin practice with surya namaskar C – lunging salutes, moving at a continuous, breath centred pace. We then slow it down and linger in some deeper hip opener variations – focussing on hamstrings, your outer hips, inner thighs along with some supported twists and mild backbends. A balanced flow ideal for a morning or an evening practice to recalibrate and return your range of motion. For practice, you’ll need a block. Enjoy!
