This is a 30 minute warrior flow vinyasa class. Part 7.
A deliberately slow, sensory and grounding class. Begin in Tadasana to centre yourself and establish your optimal posture, then flow through all the warriors focusing on opening and strengthening the hips evenly. Each sequence repeats twice. Once slow with longer holds, then flow, one movement, one breath. Class challenges you to really find your own best movement experience in these familiar postures. Mindfully moving your body in alignment with your own range of motion.
