This is a 30 minute vinyasa flow class designed to open the front, back and sides of your hips. A compact flow which includes some whole body movement but with particular attention on increasing circulation and mobility in your hips. We begin with a brief meditation, followed by some circular and linear movement for the bones of your spine and hip joints. Surya Namaskar C to warm and open the front/back seams of your legs followed by two standing hip opening sequences of postures (warrior 2 variations, triangle, temple, spread leg forward fold & crab pose). Conclude your practice with head to knee, pigeon pose & baddha konasana. A brief shavasana to close.
