This is a 30 minute vinyasa flow for circulation and energy. A steady, repetitive flow with no long holds moving through lunges, twists and fluid spinal waves to enliven and refresh your whole body. Class begins in a ladder format where we build, repeat and add to the sequence. resting briefly to release the wrists and shoulders. Class then moves through low and high lunges, twists, half monkey, lizard to boost circulation in the hips and spine. Complete practice with a seated twist , forward fold and optional 5 minute shavasana. Enjoy….short and sweet folks!
