Breathe and flow through this creative morning vinyasa flow. Sequenced to boost your energy levels and help you feel open and receptive for your day ahead. Class flows through some creative sun salutes to bring warmth to your spine and hips, then progresses with twists to invigorate your spine, warrior 2, side angle and lizard to encourage circulation and warmth in the legs. I’ve slipped a little non traditional core work in there and conclude with some deeper hip openers and shavasana. A well rounded practice when you only have 30 min!
