This is a 30 minute vinyasa flow class. The second of a four part series designed to induce a ‘flow like’ state. The experience you feel when you’re fully present and engaged with what you’re doing. Physiologically, it gives you a boost of feel good hormones leaving you energised and calm at the same time. To create this fertile state in practice requires you to be reasonably familiar with the postures, comfortably challenged for your level of skill, interested and immersed in your own participation and able to maintain a calm, supportive breath.
Classes are slow, meditative and offer less detailed alignment cues so you can concentrate on your breath and feeling tone of your movement and experience. The sequences are uncomplicated, accessible and follow a classic vinyasa style synchronising breath and movement.
Building on the previous class, this 30 min vinyasa moves at a more continuous pace. It’s steady, but not fast with minimal holds and more emphasis on breath. Perfect morning practice to rejuvenate your mind and body
