30 Minute Continuous Vinyasa Flow

This is a 30 minute continuous flow focussing equally on building strength and flexibility. Class moves at a continuous, steady strong pace. Warm up with plank variations, a mandala sun salute, side plank rainbows and then simmer down with a deep hip stretch in pigeon. A short abdominal sequence balanced with some bridge variations to re-lengthen your front body. Conclude with cross leg and wide leg seated forward folds. A heat building, worthwhile practice when you’re short on time. Recommended for strong beginners and regular practitioners. Enjoy!
