30 Minute Continuous Vinyasa Flow Yoga

By | September 11, 2019

This is a more challenging vinyasa flow class designed to build your strength, endurance and stamina. It’s a bit sweaty, short but not overwhelming 😉 Modifications and gentler options are offered throughout the class so you can challenge yourself but not feel fatigued by practice. You will work your core and upper body and play with some arm balances and binds – all in a do-able 30 minutes! Class begins with creative sun salutes and surya namaskar B to warm up. The standing sequence flows include an option to bind, a side crow, side plank and other stamina building warriors. Cool down with gorilla arms to release the wrists, spread leg forward fold to gently traction the spine and cow face pose to release through the hips.
