Who doesn’t love a good yoga slow flow?
We’ll warm up our body slowly and sweetly with our breath, meditating throughout this slow yoga class.
This is a 30-minute class you can do at home, with savasana to give you the full, relaxing yoga experience. Because of the pace of this slow flow class, it’s a great beginner yoga class, yoga for flexibility and strength, or yoga for a calm mind.
Because we’re holding postures for longer in this slow flow, you may build some heat. The way to move through this yoga class is to get comfortable in the pose, focus on the breath, then meditate.
