Are you suffering from lower back pain? Try these 3 quick yoga poses to help relieve lower back tension and pain! For best results, I would recommend doing these poses daily even for a quick 5 minutes. This quick practice is perfect for those who don’t have enough time for a full yoga class or just want to give their lower backs a little extra ❤. In these poses, we will focus on stretching out and decompressing the spine, in order to relieve any accumulated tension in the back and spine.
