This daily vinyasa flow aims to build both strength and flexibility for the front and back of your body. It’s a short, complete practice including a warm up for your shoulders and spine, a standing sequence (warrior 2, Temple, Triangle and Paddottanasana) to activate circulation and build strength in your legs and a floor sequence to balance and lengthen the muscles in your back body. A practice for anytime…when you’re short on time.
