Hi Everyone! A Gentle chair sequence performed outside on my patio. (It’s a bit noisy with the construction in my neighbourhood – but really trying to enjoy the last bits of summer before we close to fall). Get your day started with a little sunshine and a fresh stretch!

30min Chair yoga sequence for your whole body! This sequence includes both seated and standing postures. Stretch, breath and strengthen your muscles and tendons. As usual, I have included Chinese medicine principles to nourish and move your Qi and blood.
