Hi friends, I’m so honored to practice this deep yoga stretch for leg and hip tension release with you. This is a sweet 15 min yoga class where we’ll exhale stress and inhale kindness. This is a great yoga class for stress, yoga for relaxation, or post-workout yoga.
These lower body yoga stretches will get deep into your hips to work on leg flexibility and hip flexibility while calming the mind.
This is also a great for after work yoga if you like to practice yoga after work and create more space and flexibility in your legs and hips.
