Welcome to Day 7 of 21 Day BEGINNER YOGA CHALLENGE.
Today we will work on back strength and flexibility. Strengthening and stretching the back muscles can help relieve or prevent back pain and improve posture. This is a great yoga practice especially for everyone who spends long hours sitting every day.
Note: be careful with the Camel pose, make sure you don’t feel pressure or pain on your lower back as you enter the pose.
