Welcome to Day 10 of 21 Day BEGINNER YOGA CHALLENGE.
In this practice, we focus on the upper body: neck, shoulders & upper back.
Have you ever noticed how when you are stressed your body gets tense and stiff? For many people, it’s the shoulders and upper back where the tension accumulates. This short yoga practice will help you relax muscles in the upper body and release tension and tightness from your shoulders, neck and upper body.
You can practice this sequence without a yoga mat, but there are some kneeling poses and laying on the stomach, so find a clean spot 🙂
Optional yoga props:
– a blanket, cushion, or a yoga block to sit on
– a yoga strap for Cow face arms stretch
