15 min SUN SALUTATION B FOR BEGINNERS – Day 9 | Beginner Yoga Challenge | Surya Namaskara B

Welcome to Day 9 of 21 Day BEGINNER YOGA CHALLENGE.
Sun Salutation B/Surya Namaskara B is another set sequence of poses that warms up, stretches and strengthens the body.
We will try two variations of Sun Salutation B – with High Lunge and Warrior I, so you can choose which one you prefer 🙂
Sun Salutation B with Warrior I is more traditional, but Warrior I can be hard, especially at the beginning of the practice. I prefer Sun Salutation B with High Lunge and practice Warrior I later in the practice when my body is properly warmed up. However, everybody is different, so if Warrior I feels good in your body, go ahead and practice this variation 🙂
