Welcome to Day 8 of 21 Day BEGINNER YOGA CHALLENGE.
Today we will practice a beginner-friendly variation of Sun Salutation A/Surya Namaskara A – this sequence of poses is often practiced at the beginning of yoga classes to warm up the whole body.
In this practice, we begin with Half Sun Salutations, continue with 5 rounds of Sun Salutation A, and cool down with some seated postures.
