15 min RELAXING FULL BODY YOGA STRETCH – Day 5 | Beginner Yoga Challenge | Yoga without a mat

Welcome to Day 5 of 21 Day BEGINNER YOGA CHALLENGE.
Today we have a relaxing 15 min Full Body Yoga Stretch – staying low to the ground, passive stretches, mostly laying on the back and belly. A yoga mat is optional, you can also practice on a carpet or any other comfortable surface. This is a great sequence to relax the body and mind in the evening if you decide to practice it later again)
Optional yoga props:
– a yoga strap for reclined Hand-to-toe pose
– blanket/cushion/yoga block for Pigeon pose
Note: make sure you don’t feel any pain or other weird sensations in your knee during the Pigeon pose. If this pose doesn’t feel good on your knees, try Reclined Pigeon pose instead or skip it.
