Welcome to Day 11 of 21 Day BEGINNER YOGA CHALLENGE.
In this 15 minute Lower Body Yoga Stretch we will focus on the lower back, hips, and legs. It’s not a secret that all these areas get tight from sitting long hours at the desk and can cause discomfort or even pain.
Don’t get frustrated if many of these yoga poses seem difficult at first – I promise it gets better with time and regular practice! 🙂
Optional yoga props:
– two yoga blocks for Low Lunge, Pyramid pose, Wide-legged Forward Bend, Triangle pose, Garland pose/Yoga squat.
– a blanket or towel for Garland pose.
