Welcome to Day 6 of 21 Day BEGINNER YOGA CHALLENGE.
This is an energizing 15 minute Beginner Yoga Flow with backbends and standing poses. The first part is quite fast, connecting breath with movement and then we finish with more relaxing seated and reclined postures.
If the flow is too fast for you and you find it hard to follow the instructions, try decreasing the playback speed on Youtube 🙂
Optional yoga props:
– a yoga strap for Head-to-knee pose and Reclined Pigeon pose.
