Welcome to Day 4 of 21 Day BEGINNER YOGA CHALLENGE.
Today we will practice a slow 15 minute Beginner Yoga Flow, adding standing yoga poses to the practice. In “flow” style yoga, we coordinate movement with the breath, for example lifting the arms with inhale and bending forward with exhale. Try your best to match your breath and movement but don’t worry if it’s hard at first – just concentrate on taking deep slow breaths through the practice.
No props needed except a yoga mat 🙂
