13 Min Bedtime Yoga – for a Deeper and Better sleep

A short and easy practice before you retire for bed. A combination of yoga and acupressure to soothe the mind and body so that you may hopefully have a deeper and better sleep. Focus on your breath and allow yourself to relax. Set the intention to have a deeper better sleep and
consider combining this sequence with an evening practice of Yoga for Better sleep to try to achieve maximum relaxation prior to bed.
