Start or end your day with this simple 10 minute yoga to deeply stretch the upper body helping to release tension and promote relaxation.
Upper body stretches are great for opening the body and bringing oxygen in when experiencing anxiety and panic attacks.
By opening up the chest and back we can then breath more fluidly, releasing physical stress and helping to maintain a clearly calm state of mind.
